Follow-Up Package

Service Description

Continue to work on and and achieve your goals with additional support by booking a follow-up package with us. This package includes four thirty minute follow-up sessions with a dietitian for a discounted price. We will continue to track your progress together by keeping you accountable for your health and provide additional information and resources where needed! A 3-day meal plan, recipes, and a grocery shopping list is also included at each follow-up session. Consultations are provided virtually or by concierge service in-person at a location of your preference. Consistent phone, text, and email support will also be provided.
